Mary Jane Kasyon says her cousin, Ernestine Kasyon, 26, was kind to others.
On Dec. 6, 1989, Ernestine walked from a home in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to a pay phone, and has not been seen since then.
The Prince Albert Police Service is investigating the missing persons case, and according to Kasyon, officers last contacted the family around 2009.
