Elaine Frieda Alook, 35, was last seen on May 11, 2004 on Tower Road outside of Fort McMurray, Alberta.
RCMP say she was wearing a black leather bomber-style jacket and white running shoes. She also had a short cast on from her wrist to her elbow on her left arm.
Elaine was the first portrait that illustrator Evan Munday sent to Stephen Harper via Twitter.
