Cynthia Albena Audy, 27, was the mother of two children when she vanished from Winnipeg’s North End in October 2004.
The Winnipeg Police Service’s investigation turned up no leads, and in July 2012, Project Devote took it on. Investigators last met with Audy’s sister, Angelita in the fall of 2014.
